This year BOTH my mom and dad were able to come and help with the new baby/spend Thanksgiving with us. How grateful we are for them! My mom actually stayed with us 2 1/2 weeks while we were getting adjusted to having another member of the family, and my dad came for the week of Thanksgiving. It was WONDERFUL. We spent the week relaxing, snuggling Cameron, watching movies and playing games. Of course Avarie spent the week getting spoiled with lots of treats and outings :) Thank you mom and dad for making the journey from Chicago!

How grateful we are this year for the ABUNDANCE of blessings we have received. We know the Lord is mindful of us and watching over our little family.

i just needed to comment on this and say oh how i wish we could've been there for thanksgiving. i was really sad that it didn't work out. BUT now i get to come for a week in feb!!! i love that last picture of cam. i just love him so much and CANNOT wait to meet him!
